2.1. Grounds for processing: We process your data to provide services (performance of a contract), to comply with legal obligations, or based on your explicit consent.
2.2. Information collected: When placing an order, we process the following data: first name, last name, phone number, physical address, and email address.
2.3. Purpose: Data is used to process the order, deliver the item, and provide warranty service.
2.4. Direct marketing: Your number/email address will only be used for marketing purposes (SMS offers) with your prior consent. You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing messages at any time, free of charge and without any explanation (via the unsubscribe button or by sending a message to sales@homira.ge).

3. User rights

In accordance with Georgian law, you have the right to:

request correction, updating, addition or deletion of data;

4. Order, payment and delivery

4.1. The purchase agreement is considered to be concluded remotely from the moment of order confirmation.
4.2. Prices are given in the national currency of Georgia (GEL) and include all taxes (VAT) required by law.
4.3. Delivery is carried out on working days, within predetermined deadlines, which depend on the customer's location.

5. Return Policy

5.1. 14-day unconditional return: According to the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason and return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt (except for exceptions established by law).
5.2. The cost of returning the item is covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or does not match the description.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The content (text, logo, photos) posted on the website is the property of Homira.ge. Their unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. Homira.ge is responsible for the quality of the products and the fulfillment of warranty terms.
7.2. The company is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by third parties (Internet provider, bank).
