Warranty and product return policy
When purchasing products on Homira.ge, you benefit from both legal and commercial guarantees. Our goal is to make the consumer feel as protected as possible, which is why we offer transparent and fair warranty terms.
1. Warranty service registration
When purchasing equipment, the serial number of each item is automatically attached to the customer’s invoice. We use a modern electronic warranty system, which means that your data is protected in our database. If desired, a printed warranty card can also be provided.
2. Commercial Warranty Terms
The commercial guarantee is an additional obligation assumed by us that does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.

Deadline: Starts from the moment the item is delivered.

Service times: The average time to resolve a problem is 14 calendar days. If a part needs to be ordered, the time can be extended to 40 days.

Item Replacement: If the defect requires more than 40 days to be eliminated, the item is subject to replacement. The replacement is made taking into account the current market value at that time.

Remote service: If the damage to the item is obvious and cannot be repaired, we offer to replace the item on site, without having to come to the service center (photo/video proof required).
3. Warranty service does not apply if:

The warranty period has expired;

The serial number does not match the purchased product;

The item has mechanical, thermal, or liquid damage;

Operating conditions are violated or damage is caused by voltage fluctuations;

The item has been opened or repaired arbitrarily/in an unofficial service;

The product package (box, instructions, parts) is incomplete.
4. Legal warranty (1 year)
In accordance with Georgian legislation, the consumer has the right to benefit from the legal warranty for 1 year from the date of delivery of the item.

The burden of proof for defects discovered during the first 6 months lies with the trader.

After 6 months, the burden of proving the existence of a defect shifts to the consumer.
5. Return Policy (14 days)
You have the right to return the purchased item without any reason within 14 calendar days of its delivery.
Important conditions:

Notification: You must notify us of your desire to return within 14 days (Facebook, email or hotline).

Return period: After notification, the item must be physically returned to us no later than 7 calendar days.

Costs: The cost of returning the item is covered by the customer.

Refund: You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the notification, using the same method you used to make the payment.
Restrictions on return:

Hygienic items whose airtightness has been broken are not returned.

Used products are not returned (except for factory defects).

Products worth up to 30 GEL are not refundable.

If the condition of the item has changed (torn box, scratches), the company reserves the right to refund only part of the amount.
